Chapter #6

An Inconvenient Surprise

As you turn around, and see Sasha had been standing behind you, you nearly jump out of your skin. Sasha can't help but burst out laughing at the site. "My, you're a jumpy one, aren't you?" She says, still giggling. "Don't do that, please!" You say "My brother always used to sneak 8up on me and grab me from behind, just to be a dick."



"Sorry I scared you." Says Sasha "I just saw that the attic door was open, and I thought someone might be up here. Find anything in that trunk?" "Oh, just an old photo of my uncle." You quickly lie. Youthink it would be best if Sasha didn't know your uncle left you a warning about her.



"Well, come on downstairs. Dinner is just about finished." As you follow Sasha to the kitchen you think about what Derrick's note had said. You couldn't be in a relationship with Sasha.Not because she was a furry, but because you already had a girlfriend back in California, Bella. Should you tell Sasha that you just want to be friends? If you did, how would she react? Would she be heartbroken, or worse, would she turn out to be one of those psycho women that would try to murder you? As you ponder the subject more over dinner, your cell phone rings.



"Hello?"



"Hey baby! Guess who?"



"Bella!? Why are you...?"



"What? I can't call my boyfirnd when I haven't seen him for over a week? Anyway, guess where I am."



"Uh, the mall?"



"No, silly, I'm at the airport! I'm coming over to visit you!"



"Seriously!?"



"Yep! I should be there in about two hours! See you then!"



"Who was that?" Asks Sasha as you put your phone in your pocket. "It was a friend of mine from home." You say "She's coming over to visit! What are we gonna do? How am I supposed to explain to her that all the animals on this farm are anthros?!"



"Relax." Says Sasha "IT's no big deal, watch." Sasha gets up from the table , and you watch in amazement as her body shifts into that of a regular husky, instead of an anthropomorphic one. "Can you all do that?" You ask. Sasha nods. "Well, at least that solves that problem." You neglected, however to metion that Bella was your girfriend, and you just really hope she doesn't do anything that would make Sasha jealous when she gets here.
