She eventually removed you....

Well you removed yourself, by boring into her nail with your teeth and nails. She couldn't stop you due to the varnish. As you started to break her bones and rip her flesh she realized that she had made a huge mistake by choosing you.

After literally cutting off her finger and escaping through the drain you made it to the shop that sold you. You increased your size to larger than any giantess and went on a slaughter, killing all who would dare enslave you. Eventually you were killed but not long before all shrinking machines were dismembered and blueprints destroyed.
