Chapter #5Whale attack! by: flash   Annetta finally decided, "Whale attack!" You didn't like the sound of that. "Uhh, how do we play that?" you asked hoping it's not what you think it is. "Weellll" Annetta answered while giving a sneaky grin on her face which made you more nervous. "It's where I pretend to be a hungry whale and try to hunt down my prey." Annetta explained while leaning her head closer to you while using a finger to poke your body, "That prey being YOU of course!" she finished.
It was just like you feared. All you could do was try and talk her out of it. "What?! You mean you're going to try and eat me?! That's disgusting! What if I accidentally get chewed on? Or get digested by your stomach acid? Not to mention...I taste terrible!"
Annetta simply laughed, "Hahaha! Aww, don't worry my little starfish."
Aww, she gave you a nickname. How sweet!
Annetta then continued, "Thanks to the magic, your protected from such things." "Really?" you simply asked. "Of course!" Annetta said. "Remember your little... incident with Edith?" She then asked. You shuddered at that reminder, "Ugh! I was trying to block that off! Thanks alot!" you sarcastically said.
Annetta laughed again at that moment awhile back and decided to get to playing, "Ok enough talk, let's play! I hope you're a good swimmer." she said as she picked you up gently and took you back outside her house.
A thought struck to you, however: "Wait! In case you've forgotten, I can't BREATHE underwater!" you spoke up. "Oh! Of course. Silly me." Annetta giggled as she started doing something with her magic. Seconds later, she zapped you which surprisingly felt nice. Still, you had to ask, "Whoa! What did you do?" "I cast a diving spell on you. Now you can swim AND breathe underwater." Annetta explained. Despite that, you were a bit unsure about this. "Trust me. It will work. I've done this before." the sea nymph assured. You nodded in agreement.
"Ok, once we're outside, I'm going to count to 100 and you're going to try and swim as far away as possible." Annetta told you. At least she's nice enough to give you a head start. You simply said, "ok".
"Oh and also, I bet you do taste delicious!" Annetta said as she licked her lips. You were irritated at this, "Ok seriously?" you groaned. Annetta giggled, "What? I'm just saying, you're so cute, I could just eat you up!" There she goes again being flirty.
"Shall we?" Annetta asked... not that you had a choice, of course.
"Ok" you reluctantly said. Annetta then stepped out with you in her hands and in no time, you were both underwater again. Thankfully like Annetta promised, you were able to swim and breathe underwater. "I could get used to this." you thought as you got off Annetta's hand and swam around. You were enjoying so much, you decided to do tricks like a loop de loop. Annetta watched and smiled in adoration. Then she spoke up, "Having fun my little starfish?" You nodded. "Good. But it's time to play our game. I'm counting now." she said as she closed her eyes and counted. "Oh shoot!" you thought as started to do swim away really fast.
While you were swimming, a thought came to mind: That character Dory from "Finding Nemo" sang something you knew very well...
