Try to get your body back, now

While you trusted Erika wouldn't intentionally prevent you from returning to your original body, this device was new and could have a few kinks to work out. Your devices seemed to work as intended, it was the reversal process that usually caused problems. When you had turned Erika into a bat she was stuck like that for a week before you finally figured out to change her back. Then there was the fact that you had started to lock all your devices to your DNA signature so only you could use them after a few wild adventures with Kyle. The Body Swap machine hadn't been given that safety feature yet as you still hadn't worked out how to lock it to you if you entered someone else's body.

You also weren't sure about the affects it had on your mind, your main concern was whether or not your intelligence remained with you or if Erika now possessed it. This was just meant to be a quick in and out swap, not one that relied on someone else choosing when you swapped back.

Even though the garage door was locked you had installed an emergency exit just in case you had to get out quickly. Now you just had to use it to break in. You went outside of the garage and went to the wall, you found the door you had secretly installed. It was low to the ground and you had to crawl to go through it. This meant you'd be entering the garage blind. Still you had to take that chance.

You opened the door and crawled into the garage, though Erika was already waiting for you.
