Chapter #25

Emotional Baggage

by: Bobo the Hobo Author IconMail Icon
'Thanks so much for coming by, Sam.' Ronnie said as she waddled the smaller girl towards the door, 'Even though it's not my dorm or anything, you know. I had a blast! You've simply got to come by again so you can taste some of my Key Lime Pie, Megan says it's to die for. Isn't that right, Megan?'

'Yeah' sure' die'' Megan let loose a pained grunt from her seat on the couch, glued and pressed there by a combination of her own overindulgence and fading willpower to rise under her own strength.

'Oh no sweat, this place is the shit!' Sam said with a genuinely happy smile and a friendly slap to one of Ronnie's arms, 'Anytime you bitches wanna party, call me up, 'cause this was awesome.' She said, pale arms wide open as she invited Ronnie in for a hug. Their taut stomachs met for a moment before breaking away, both girls wincing in pain as they recoiled from their display of affection.

'Sorry Sammie, doesn't look like we can be too friendly tonight.' Ronnie joked as she walked the bold girl out the door, 'We'll be seeing you around! Trust me!'

'G'night, bitches!' she shouted rather loudly in the hallway before Ronnie shut the door quietly behind her, turning to reveal a smile that Alice had only thus far seen after an exchange between the two of them' like earlier this afternoon'

'Well' I guess I had better get going too.' Ronnie tittered as she hefted her swollen self towards Alice and Megan's trashed living room, 'Don't worry I promise I'll be back tomorrow to help clean things up.' She said with a laugh, 'Can't feed you two if I can't find you, now can I?' she chuckled before clutching her stomach in pain, 'Ooh' comedy bad''

The large girl made her way to Megan's position on the couch and gave her a half-hug, their individually cushioned upper halves making things a little awkward, especially given the angle that Ronnie was forced to lean at thanks to the stuffed redhead's refusal to compromise her comfortable position. Finding her trek to meet her older friend too troublesome to bother with another one, she simply waved at Alice, who had been all but completely silent in Ol' Rudolph since the evening began.

'Good night, Alice.' there was a definite amount of wariness in her voice when addressing the (so far) skinny blonde. No doubt it was because she had been so quiet all through the night, which had been a stark change from the usual. Since the three had become so close, Alice had really learned to open up, she was actually kind've a chatterbox when the subject interested her! The act of departure in such a simple manner was the final nail in the coffin for Alice, who felt like a fourth wheel on a tricycle. A tricycle that liked to eat a lot.

'G-Good night' R-Ronnie'' Alice stuttered terribly as she remained as tiny as her overstuffed gullet would allow her to be, her knees spread to allow room for her drum-tight middle but her arms looked tense and gripped the sides of the rough leather chair as if a matter of life or death. She wouldn't make eye contact with the older girl who had claimed to favor her so much, when apparently she was so easy to replace'

'Alice?' Ronnie's voice asked kindly from the other side of the dorm, taking a step forward as if attempting to stay the fragile butterfly, 'You okay?'

'Y-Y-Yeah'' she sniffled, the 'a' disappearing completely from the word as her voice broke, 'I-I'm'f-fine. Really''

'Oh, sweetie, you don't look fine.' Ronnie said with care as she ignored how troublesome the trip would be in her condition and started towards the skittish newbee, 'What's wrong, huh? You eat too much?'

'N-No'' the word was quiet, her entire voice dropped to a hush for fear of Ronnie catching sight of how puffy her eyes were getting, or how red her cheeks were. 'I-I'm fine'' she sniffled, 'Really''

Ronnie was now beside Ol' Rudolph, in all of his faded and severely uncomfortable glory. She leaned forward and smothered Alice in her breasts, wrapping tightly around her upper torso with thick squishy arms and bringing her in for a friendly hug. Alice, hesitant at first, accepted and reciprocated the sign of affection by wrapping her own arms around Ronnie's shape' the best she could anyway. However when the larger girl attempted to pull away, Alice stuck fast and prolonged the embrace.

'Ronnie?' she squeaked from the carnivorous embrace

'Yeah, hun?' she actually sounded a lot like one of her sisters, Alice remembering a particularly emotional exchange with Mel just before she left for Buttercombe Academy, 'What's up?'

'Do you still' like me?' Alice peeped, 'I mean, you're not gonna replace me with' anyone' right?'

Ronnie, instead of pulling away, tucked tighter between the two of them. She threw more of herself into the hug, therefore more of her weight. This pushed Alice back further into the dilapidated chair and further into Ronnie's bosom, effectively cutting off her air supply.

'Ohh Alice!' Ronnie cooed as she pulled the girl two and fro in their hug, 'Of course not! What would make you say that?'

'Shoo ad Muhgun like Sham moore dan me.' Alice struggled to speak, be it her sudden jerks of inescapable sobs and the fact that a majority of her major lip movements were cut off by Ronnie's soft breast flesh

'Come on you' you big baby.' Megan said huskily from her seat on the couch, overhearing the exchange, 'We don't' like her more than you. Yeah, she's' really cool and everything but' that doesn't mean' urp' that she's our new favorite NewBee' or somethin''' she said, shifting listlessly in her seat, struggling to digest her enormous meal

Ronnie released Alice from her embrace, causing the latter to wheeze as she struggled to catch her breath.

'B-But you all' looked like you were have s-so much fun without me and''

'You were right there, sweetie!'

'I-Iknowbut' I feel like such a baby''

Ronnie's expression fell into one of almost parental knowing as she looked down upon Alice's shivering shape. She rested her hands on her young friend's shoulders and smiled serenely downwards, her second chin imitating the expression with a thick line that creased her jaw and defined her face. Slowly she brought the girl in for another hug, one much more meaningful than its predecessors.

'It's not your fault, Alice. You're all alone up here and you're a little attached is all.' Ronnie said softly with a stroke of Alice's yellow head, 'I understand, a lot of girls go through it. But trust me when I say that this is good for you, it means you're growing up and out of your shell! Even so, Megan and I will never just replace you'because you're our best best best best friend. If anything, we've got a right to be jealous of how close you and Sam will probably get!'

'Come on, Al. You can't' get jealous every time a new piece of' Fresh Meat walks through the door.' Megan added from the couch, managing to cite a response in the midst of her inner churning and bubbling, 'You're the best' ooh, oh gawd' plus, my afternoons would be so boring' without you.'

Alice was silent for a while before rising from underneath her taut tummy and Ronnie's rotundity, standing front and center for a big hug from the best R.A. and (one of) the best friends she'd ever had' before pulling away immediately. Both of them were still pretty full.

'Come on Megan, I'm gonna leave, you want in on some of this?' Ronnie asked warmly, referring to the awkward embrace between the two girls.

Couchbound, Megan replied with a heartfelt, 'Nah, I'm good' now move whydon'tcha, House is on''
