She is angry at you for a prank you pulled on her a few weeks ago. The prank was that you coated one of her dildos in your sperm, and put it back in the box. When your sister went in the shower, she took the dildo with your sperm out of the box and masturbated with it. However, she was infertile at that time and didn't have an egg in her oviduct yet. She found out when she noticed strange white stuff on the dildo. Although she didn't get pregnant, she was still mad at you for trying. She told you she was going to get revenge but you didn't know what she was going to do until now.
Meanwhile in the womb...
"Hey what's going on!" you scream "Let me out!"
"Oh you're not going anywhere" your sister says "Not after that prank you pulled on me"
"But my prank didn't succeed! What's the big idea?!" you scream
"The big idea is that since you tried to get me pregnant, I'm deciding to actually become pregnant... with you!" she says evilly.
"How did you do all of this?!" you ask in disbelief.
"Well I was looking online for something to prank you with, and I found this rare mixture that causes people to shrink. Unfortunately it costs about 500 dollars, which is more money than I have, so I 'borrowed' money from your college fund!" says your sister
"Fuck you!" you shout, kicking your sister's walls.
"Aw, it's so cute when you kick, my baby!" moans your sister
"Don't call me 'your baby'!" you snap back.
"But you technically are my baby! I mean, you're in my womb, my umbilical cord is attached to you, and in a few months, I will give birth to you so better get an early start by me calling you my baby and you calling me your mother!"
"Whatever! But you didn't get pregnant the normal way!" you shout
"Doesn't matter, I'm still going to give birth to you the normal way" your sister says back.
"Anyway, after I bought this mixture it came in a parcel a few hours later. I took out the mixture and poured some in that bottle of water you leave near your bed every night. When you sipped your water, you began to slowly shrink. By the time you woke up, you were 2 inches. So I quickly undressed, came into your room and put you inside my womb. So yeah, consider yourself as 'my baby'" says your sister.
"But I'm older than you! You can't be my mother!" you shout at her
"Doesn't matter, by the time I give birth to you, you would have regressed to a regular-size foetus" says your sister calmly
"1. How do you know all this; 2. WAIT WHAT!????" you cry in disbelief
"Oh, I've been taking some online unbirth classes, and before you interrupt, unbirth is the insertion of a person into your womb. Normal unbirth is where you unbirth someone the same size as you, but since I didn't have the time, I just decided to shrink you and unbirth you instead. I also shrunk you because I thought you might fight back and you would also make my belly so big that it would become suspicious" your sister says, rubbing her belly, "Now all you make is a tiny bulge which is coverable by a thick enough shirt"
"But you also said something about regression to a foetus!" you shout
"Oh, that's right. Over the next few months, you will turn into a foetus. You won't just be born to grow up like your old self either. My DNA will mix with yours, causing you to look a bit like me!" says your sister evilly, "And you will no longer be my brother anymore, instead you will be my baby!"
"But our parents will realise I'm missing" you say, with hope
"Oh no, they have decided to go on a 6 month trip, that's enough time for me to regress and birth you. They also expect me to go to a boarding school they signed me up to before they return, so we won't have to worry about you missing, because I will bring you with me! I also gave them some medicine which has made them forget about you completely"
"You monster!" you scream, bashing at your sister's walls "My prank was nothing, but this prank has gone way too far!"
"Indeed it has, I hope you learn that when you mess with me, you will get encounter something a lot worse than what you did" says your sister
"But why? I'm your brother! You can't do this!" you begin to sob
"I don't really care, all those years it has been prank after prank each day. I think it's time to stop" says your sister
"I'll stop, please! I promise!" you beg
"Indeed you will promise, you won't be pulling pranks anytime soon now that I have you inside of me!" says your sister
"No, seriously! I'll stop! Just let me out!" you continue to beg, this time crying.
"Ok fine" your sister sighs
"Really?" you answer in amazement
"Nah" replies your sister, "People like you don't just change over night, I more agree with 'people like you change over a period of 4 months', which is how long you will be staying in my womb for. People like you need to be treated with this solution - to be put in a womb and start a new life where they won't make the same mistakes"
"Nooooooooooooooooo!" you scream, thrashing your sister's walls.
"Aw, it feels so good when you thrash around!" your sister laughs. "Guess you are my 'little' brother after all! Oh wait... not even that, you're my little baby after all!"
"People like you should be put inside a pair of breasts, turned to breastmilk and simply fed to the newborn! People who believe into turning people into babies deserve this punishment" you say angrily
"I'm sure we do deserve it, but what are you gonna do about it! After all, you're just my little baby!" your sister says, continuing to taunt you by calling you a 'little baby'.
After you calm down, you begin to relax. Man, you've never realised how comfy being in a womb is! You are just about to fall asleep when your sister speaks up again.
"When I go to the new boarding school, I will care for you during my free periods and when the lessons end. It is important that no one sees you. If I don't trust you to stay alone, I will hide you inside my stomach" your sister says
"But won't I digest?" you ask
"I will probably take classes on how to eat without digesting" says your sister "And if that doesn't work I'll just put you inside of my anus, where you won't digest and still won't be visible to other people"
You thought about the anus. Although smelly and full of shit, you have always fantasized about being inside an anus.
"When I am 18, you will be 2, I will also probably find a boyfriend at that age. When me and him have sex, I will make sure I am infertile. I will then take you and put you back inside my womb and pretend that I got pregnant from fucking my boyfriend. You will turn back into a foetus, and you will be the spark that will start a new family between me and my future boyfriend" explains your sister.
You thought about that, then went to sleep inside your new mother.
