The family, the Czolba's arrived on time. They were just as described. Big strong men and very pretty women. None of them wanted to be there and none of them thought there was a problem, but the counselor had insisted and in order to avoid a more serious problem the family agreed to come to the session. They were a little bit worried since William Jr. had just hurt a boy badly. They didn't know that the boy was too afraid to say anything, but the threat got the family here just the same.
Except around his dad, William Jr. would be the alpha-male in any room. Mrs. Czolba was fixing her makeup and Patricia was falling out of her dress trying to flirt with the doctor.
Dr. Zamboni let the family talk, but already had an idea of what he was going to do to the family (at least the two 'kids') long before they arrived. It was going to be a personality swap between the boy and his sister. He wanted to see the huge boy wearing short dresses and tons of makeup trying to seduce the boys around him. On the other hand, it would be fun to watch that hot piece of ass (all five foot two and ninety five pounds of her, most of which she carried in her tits and ass) trying to bully the boys of the school. That was his original plan anyway.
Dr. Zamboni put the family under and started to make suggestions.
