One thing Harry was absolutely certain of, Dolores Umbridge should not be trusted with any authority. The thought occurring to him, as he idly scratched the back of his scarred hand. It didn't take Harry a second thought to consider, even if this rule didn't bring Dumbledore back it would rid the school of a menace.

Dolores Umbridge is not a teacher, a high inquisitor, or a headmistress at Hogwarts.

Again, he felt a pulse of power, as he finished the sentence. Unsure of the consequences, he knew his rule had been enforced.

Meanwhile, in the School Library.

Dolores Umbridge was writing out a new rule for the students. Her quill leaving a dab of ink on her cheeks, as her hand rose to her temple. It was an odd ripping sensation, and the library seemed to shimmer around her. Even the people grew faint and vanished. Rising from her seat in a panic, she recognised a Weasley prank... But as she stood, she realised she lacked her full height, even now it was too low.

She swallowed the shriek of outrage, as her pink clothes changed around her. Modesty making her clutch after them. But they were replaced as fast as they disappeared. The outrage was unbearable, she was dressed like a student. At least, it was her true house, at least she was still Slytherin!

Her chair crashed backwards as she drew her wand.

The crashing chair drew a glare from Madam Pince, and a stern finger across her lips.
