Harry indulges a lewd idea.

Harry wrote a little change in the rule book.

The dress code for witches requires a more revealing and flattering clothes.

Glancing out the dormitory window, Harry enjoyed the scenery, appreciating the sweeping green vista, and within the courtyard the subtly bouncing flesh, too.

He was a little frustrated too.

A witches strength is reflected by her body, the stronger she is... the bustier she is.

Taking another glance out the window, the view was nicer. The thought of Draco enjoying this too, was frustrating. So, smirking he added the next new rule

Feminisation is a common punishment for male students.

The view gained a few extra witches, the newly punished moving with crimson cheeks, burning with embarrassment, and attempting not to jiggle and shimmy, as they moved between classes in their new underwear.
