In Fatal Position

Krystal dashed beneath a table in the corner and curled into a ball.

The alien's face was so tremendously ugly and hideous.

It practically frightened her to death. Krystal heard the echo of threatening footsteps walking upon the metal stairs.

She feared that it was the creepy creatures, and desparately hoped that they wouldn't find her.

Curling tighter into a ball, Krystal clutched her gun and prepared for the worst.

As the martians edged closer by the second, she couldn't help but wonder what they wanted with her.

Did they want to eat Krystal? Study her? Mutate the poor woman?
