Niall sees that the appetite stimulant is final...

Niall starts smiling when he sees Liam eating so much. While he was cooking Liam's food, he had mixed some appetite stimulant with it. It isn't possible anymore for Liam to stop eating.

Liam doesn't understand why he's so hungry. He can feel is jeans getting tighter, but he just wants to eat all the food there is. He's just so hungry. With each bite he can feel his ass and stomach getting bigger and rounder. He puts one hand on his once flat stomach and can feel a tight, round ball, his belly.
"More food. Give me more food," Liam commands.
