Sasuke activated the seal. Naruto saw each symbol light up. He could make out four of five symbols. Loyalty, wisdom, maturity, and humility. His mind settled on loyalty. He realized the seal would make him loyal to Sasuke, so he attempted on last effort to break free. He failed and the lines and symbols reached him.
Naruto screamed in agony as the seal altered his body. He was in so much pain that he failed to notice his changing voice. After the seal flashed and finished it's work Naruto fell unconscious. In the center of the room was a woman instead of a man. Sasuke appreciated her form and was very satisfied with the result. If the seal worked as it should, she would come to love and adore him.
