That was just the clothes though. Looking down at her new body, Naruto's jaw dropped in shock. Protruding from her new chest were two perky d cups attached to a curvy hourglass figure.
"Naruto, are you okay?" Tsunade asks
"I think so, I feel weird tho... AHHHH!" Naruto yelps in pain as she grabs her head. Dropping to the ground, Naruto continues to hold her head as she curls into the fetal position.

"I don't know, a blue seal lit up under my feet and turned me into some," here, Ameno pulls off the headband on her head to look at it, "Konoha shinobi. We need to race back and talk to Kazekage-sam... AHHH." Unable to finish his statement, Ameno drops to the ground holding his head in pain.
In the middle of the Suna nation desert, Ameno's two teammate have no choice but to pick up their transformed teammate and race back to Sunagakure.
