"H-hold on, I already said you win, i-isn't that enough?" Blue tried to negotiate with Natsume as she was pulled over her lap with the gym leader's psychic powers, a pink bell collar put in place around her neck.
"Nope, we had an agreement." Natsume said as she pulled Blue's panties down to her knee's, groping her bottom and earning moans in return. "I'll enjoy giving you your punishment.." Natsume said happily, bringing her open hand down on blue's soft rear. Shekept this up for ten minutes, letting a sobbing and red-bottomed girl off her lap once she finished.
"I..I'll win this next time!" Blue declared, going to leave and tripping automatically.
"Not so fast~. That was only your punishment for losing, now our agreement comes into play." Natsume snapped her fingers and they were automatically warped to a pink, over-sized nursery in the back of the gym.
"You're mine for the nextyear." Natsume said happily, picking blue up and placing her on the changing table, stripping her then changing her into a thick white diaper and a bib.
"Now, the rules are to not use big girl talk, be a baby, and do whatever mommy says, understand?" Bluenodded meekly, feeling her bladder threaten to burst.
