Okay, You have two story options take your pick,

The Fountain of Youth: Exploring a new planet, a team led by T'pol, and including Hoshi, are trapped, and forced to drink local water, when they are found they return to there normal lives, only to discover, that the water has affected there minds, and they are slowly regressing, losing speach, the ability to walk, bladder and bowl control, and eventually there adult minds.

A Little Accident: A Transporter malfunction, causes the crew members transported to emerge to small, infant size, and well the rest is obvious.

You have the following choices:
