Carnival Games of Change

Meghan pats her sides, "I feel so fluffy." One hand explored her belly flesh. She felt around it for a while, "This is so new." Meghan sighed with a tinge of excitement in her voice. You stand there, somewhat mesmerized about the impressive girth of this chicks lower half. She continues to feel around with her fat when a circus kart drives by playing the classic circus tune.
"Hey, how's about we play some Carnival Games? You're buying right?" Megan says. Before you get the chance to mention your need for an explanation of this place, Meghan had already walked off towards the Carnival section of the Amusement Park. With not many options to choose. You decide to follow her into the Carnival.
The bright lights and music excites you. You've never been to a Carnival before. You just saw a few on TV and the internet, however, this particular carnival blows those out of the water by a mile. You look around, through the crowd of patrons and find Megan standing at a booth. She turns around and waves at you with her chunky arm.
"Hey! There you are! How's about we play this game?"
"Bu-But what about the explanation of-"
"Yeah. Yeah. I'll get to it after this game of...now pay up! Come on!"
You look up at the sign and see that this particular booth has a game of...
