"Um.." you say, not sure how to say this without being rude. "What is that smell."

"Oh" Mrs Jensen says. "I suspect Tony just needs a diaper change. He usually messes at about this time."

"What?" you ask, shocked partially from the answer but mostly from it's casual delivery.

"Your dad wears diapers?" you whisper to Samantha, although discretion is largely irrelevant now.

Samantha just nods, apparently reluctant to discuss the issue at this moment.
