Since the three goddesses were called by Heaven for a sealing mission on Earth for a day or two, Keiichi enjoyed the brief peace that came when Skuld or Urd wasn't around.
He didn't hate or dislike them, but those two tended to make sure that things weren't peaceful for long. The only thing that annoyed him was that Belldandy wasn't around to spend time with.
From what he remembered, the sealing mission was to contain some energy surge that was going to be coming from some alternate dimension or something. Skuld brought along Banpei and Sigel for some extra support.
On a whim and out of boredom, Keiichi decided to wash the goddesses' clothes. They gave some vague warnings, but Keiichi took that as they were worried that he might either sniff them or use them as masturbation material.
however, the real reason why they gave the warnings was that due to being around the goddesses in close proximity, their clothes gained a bit of a will and power of their own. And the reason the warnings were vague was because they were worried that he might not believe them about it.
Keiichi grabbed some of the clothes from the goddesses room that were in hampers. After getting to the washing machine that Skuld built. Due to his luck, The first thing Keiichi brought out was one of Urd's underwear.▼

"...Due to how frilly it is, I'm guessing Urd's..." Keiichi muttered. The next thing he grabbed was a pair of plain white panties. "And this is probably Bell's..."
To his surprise, both sets of underwear began to shake a little.
