"There was one problem," Mike began.

"Problem?" Don asked before letting Mike finish.

"Xue Li is obviously a Chinese citizen, which means you are now a Chinese citizen. She has a visa and a passport, so she...you could come to the states. But it's temporary. You'd only be able to stay a few months, maybe a year tops. Then you'd have to come back to China. You could probably take up residence in Hong Kong or something, but her pimp would probably find you there, forcing you back into a life of prostitution. But Dr. Prescott and I found a solution. He may not be licensed to do this kind of crazy surgery, but he the state did license him to marry people..."

"No," Don interrupted again, "You didn't! We aren't..."

"Married." Mike finished Don's sentence, "Yeah, we are. I know it's not ideal, but what other option did we have?"
