Bill transforms into Matt's new girlfriend.

As Matt's anger began grow the stone in his hand began to react and glow with bright light....
"I just wish I had a better girlfriend, you know someone who got me better, like you if you were a girl." Matt said.
Bill laughed at the wish as he suddenly noticed the glowing stone. "Hey why is the stone glow...." Bill said as he was suddenly interrupted by a bright flash of light coming from the stone.
"Whoa what was that?" Matt asked as he rubbed his eyes from the flash.
"I don't know I just......." Bill said as he suddenly paused. A strange tingling sensation was building up in his body, it was spreading rapidly all over as a sudden intense wave of heat hit his body causing him to hung over and fall to his knees.
"Dude! What's wrong?!" Matt called out.
"Something is.....happening to my body!" Bill cried out as he felt his insides churning.
It only took a moment for them to realize what was happening. Bills hair was growing rapidly as his brown hair cascaded down past his ears and shoulders. His nails were also growing longer. His whole body began to get smalller and thinner as he shrunk from six feet tall to just around 5'5.
Bill cried out moaning for help as Matt struggled to do anything but just watch. He was helpless to do anything at the moment.
Bills while bidy frame began to change as his hips expanded and got wider. His legs shrunk down as his body hair began to vanish. His stomach pulled in tighter and flatter. Next a pressure began to build up in his chest as two small but perky breasts began to push out. They stopped at B-cup range. Lastly his face began to reform as his voice changed becoming soft and feminine.
The last changes were to his clothing. His baggy clothes began to change to reform around his new body. His tennis shoes melted away and reformed into blue sandals which showed off his cute feet and painted toenails. His pants began to shrink and tighten around his body into hip hugger jeans. The began to shrink up his legs and stop right around his knees. His undershirt began to reform into a cute bra to contain his new breasts while his shirt turned into a nice blue blouse.
It only took a few minutes Bill had completely transformed into a cute Brunette girl his own age. In many ways he was now how he would have been if born a girl.
"What the hell is this?" Bill called out in his new feminine voice.
Matt was shocked and stunned at the transformation he had no idea what caused it as he held the stone still in his hand.
"The stone! That light it has to be it!" Bill said angered as he took it back from his friend.
"Hey hey! I don't think you should be messing with that we don't know anything about it yet!" Matt said in protest.
"Easy for you to say! You aren't the one who just grew boobs!" Bill said as his abet began to pour into the stone causing it glow again as bill said.....
