Exterminator 3: Robot Revenge

"Exterminator 3: Robot Revenge."

"Seriously? That's fantastic!" The Exterminator franchise was one of the biggest money spinners in Hollywood, a rather schlocky sci-fi tale of an ex-marine sent forward in time to fight robots in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, elevated mostly by its pioneering visual effects.

"I know, right! Anyway, I gotta go, talk to you later."

"I will return," Shawn chuckled, quoting the immortal line in the star's thick German accent.

"Har har, funny."

With that knowledge, Shawn relaxed a little. The Exterminator robots, like the E-800 and the E-1000, were humanoid cyborgs, metal skeletons wrapped in human skin. As such, shapeshifting one should pose no problem. The laptop finished booting and he clicked through to the the email Rebecca had sent, downloaded the ream of attachments - photographs, videos, technical specifications...

"Oh..."
