The omnipotent octuplets

Jenny raises her eyebrows.

"This feels funny, as if it's going somewhere not quite inside me..."

You gasp as all outer signs of her pregnancy vanish, and again as eight hot, identical twenty-year-old women appear in the room.

"Hi, Mother!" they chime as one.

"Who are you?" asks Jenny.

"We're your kids, and thanks to that formula, we're all omnipotent!"
