With a wave of her hand, a strange aura began to play around Nefernina's wrapped fingers. You had seen her do this a few times before, and each time, it ended up badly for the person on the other end of the mummy's powerful magic. The first time she had evicted another monster from the apartments. The poor Wendigo was slow on rent, so all she did was flick her wrists with a little of that magic, and the entire apartment that belonged to the Wendigo simply went up and vanished into nothing, even all the stuff that belonged to the Wendigo in the apartment disappeared as well. Nefernina could be a real monster if she wanted to.
And now, she was casting magic on you. You had no idea what would happen, but you simply closed your eyes as tendrils of a strange golden aura wrapped around you.
