Newspaper Thief

You decide to hide on the chance Lupa got wise and went back to get you. But as you hide, you feel vibrations and then turn to see you were looking up at Shelly, a kappa girl from downstairs. She had short cyan hair and a large shell on her back like a sea turtle. She also had a large dome on her head full of water being a kappa. Because of this, she couldn't wear traditional clothes, but her shell covered everything up. You didn't like Shelly that much. She was a sneak. She was always on the lookout for Petra.
You only knew three things about Petra having never met her. 1) She was a gargoyle, a winged demonic looking creature said to rule over the night. 2) She was the biggest monster in the entire building. You heard she was one thousand feet tall, more than twice as big as most of the monsters in the apartment. 3) Petra was a cop. This was the main reason you think Shelly avoids Petra. You always suspected Shelly of being a con artist. She would steal any opportunity she got and made a living selling things that either didn't work or didn't exist. Of course, these were your suspicions but Shelly didn't do a good job of convincing you otherwise.
But you were wondering why this four hundred foot tall sea turtle woman was in the mailroom. As far as you knew, she didn't even subscribe to a newspaper. Then you saw it. Shelly looked around slightly and gave a smirk before reaching into your and Cadence's mailbox and snatching your newspaper before shoving it into her shell. "Hey!" you yell. You knew you couldn't trust her. That Shelly was a no good thief and she was stealing your paper. You would complain to Nefernina if Nefernina would even give you the time of day. How are you going to deal with this treacherous terrapin and will you even have to?
