The dictaphone

"Lucy, I'm not the one forgetting something here !" said Angie, trying her best to keep out from being hysterical "Your swimsuit changed ! Can't you see ?"

Looking at the thing again, Lucy made a sorry face "Nope. I don't know what's up, but you're definitely kind of crazy this morning.". Not sure about the whole thing, Angie decided to use the dictaphone again on somebody else. Maybe that way, Lucy would notice. Pressing the record button again, she said "Liz is 4 feet tall". Something hard to ignore if it suddenly happened !

And again, there was the sparkling sound in the air, but this time, in Liz's direction. The busty girl, in her bra and pants, was busy folding her shirt on the bench next to her when suddenly, Angie could see her head moving, going closer to the floor : she was shrinking ! Liz didn't seem to notice, as suddenly, she was eye-level with the neck of the girl next to her, then her shoulders, then barely eye-level with her breasts... and eventually, it stopped. Liz was still the same, proportionally, with her sexy hourglass body, but she was like some kind of doll of the former 5'6 self she used to be ! Angie noticed that the girl wasn't surprised at all, still folding her shrunken clothes - they changed too ! - and chatting a bit with some girls near her. They didn't say anything either ! Turning to Lucy, Angie noticed that her best friend was slowly putting on her new swimsuit, and she had a hard time having her attention.

"Lucy !
- What now ? My swimsuit has turned into a wedding dress ?
- No ! Check Liz !"

Looking at the tiny girl, Lucy frowned. Angie noticed and smiled, but then Lucy added "Yeah, what ?". Angie couldn't believe it.

"She's 4 feet ! 4 feet ! - she was trying to keep her voice low
- Yes, and she has always been. Mustn't be funny, though.
- What ? But...
- Angie, I don't know what's up with you, but your beginning to concern me. Is it because of what Vanessa told you earlier ? You're trying to pick on someone smaller than you ? Listen, Barnes is a bitch because she's the biggest around. Don't begin to play her game, just because you know somebody smaller than you. You're not that kind of girl, and you know it."

Angie couldn't answer, and she realized that Lucy was a bit bored by what she was trying to tell her. She even asked another girl to lace the back of her swimsuit. The dictaphone still in her hand, Angie couldn't deny it now : this this was... unreal. But real. It was altering everything as she said. And she was the only one noticing it. Looking at the device and at the poor Liz, she decided to correct what she had done. Using the right button, she erased her last sentence, and watched Liz's head slowly rising up, as she was growing larger until she was her former size. Angie felt herself a bit wet just from looking at this.

The dictaphone in her hand, she smiled : things were going to change around there.
