Molly couldn't wait until Miles was 18 before he could move out. Hell, even if that brat did go to college, he'd probably be back after graduation anyways, knowing him. And especially if he continued his relationship with Stacy Peterson, who Molly didn't have much love for either. Both of them were immature and in need of a kick in the pants.

Which is why Molly decided to force them both to grow up. Casting her spell that night, Miles and Stacy would soon be middle aged and married, and out of her hair.
