Naruto was looking through his old master's set of books. One book really caught his attention. "The pied piper - Wonder why it's called that?" He said. He knew the legend of the piped piper of Germany, but Jiraiya wasn't the kind of guy to write about that.
Naruto decided to read it, and it was an interesting read! It was a story about a boy who was willing to give his life to his home, and his own village refused to give him any credit or recondition. The fact the boy's name was Naruto made it seem..... weird. "Well, this was made before I was born." He just began to ignore it. The story ends in him using the flute to claim the women of the village for himself.
Naruto honestly liked that idea. He was the forth hokage's son, had defeated the Tobi, the sound ninja, and saved the village from death over 10 times - he's earned it! However, it's only a fantasy; or that's what it would be if not for a box he found. Inside was a pink flute.
"Wow - could it really be like the one in the book?" Naruto really wasn't sure - the book really didn't say what color it [the flute] was. Might was well try it out.
