Em wakes up, pulling her feet away.

You have barely touched Em when she retracts her feet, yelping in surprise.
"Em! I'm down here at the foot of the bed!" You shout as loudly as you can without sacrificing clarity.
"What? Sarah?" Em mumbles, rising up to look at you. Soon your sister is sitting in front of you, looming over you. Although she is still naked, she is wearing the blankets like a cloak to cover herself.
"What happened?" Em asks.
"I'm really not sure, I just woke up this size!" You explain.
"You're really small," Em remarks.
"I hadn't noticed," you grumble sarcastically.
"What?"
"Nevermind. Do you think you could get some help?"
