In Adam's one-piece pajama

You find yourself laying on the soft cloth of Adam's one-piece pajama that he wears to bed every night. It is stifling warm in the pajama, so you conclude Adam must have gone to bad several hours ago. You take off all your clothes, because they are ruined, and you have no need for them when the pajama is this warm, and toss them beck into Adam's diaper. You walk around, the soft cloth feeling great against your feet. You then have the urge to go to the bathroom, but you ignore it. You walk up and down the pajama, trying to find a way out. Then, the urge to go becomes more powerful. You try to subdue it, but it is just too strong. You on;y have a few seconds before you go. What do you do?

You have the following choices:

1. Run to the diaper and go there
