John raised an eyebrow, confused by his sister's sudden appearance and her animated behavior. "What's going on, Jen? You look like you've seen a ghost."
Jenny's hands flew to her mouth, and she giggled, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "You won't believe it! I was just in the shower, and I felt... well, I felt something strange." She paused, her eyes flicking down to her chest, and John hesitantly looked downward himself, trying to discern if he could see any difference in the gentle swell of her chest.
"My... my breasts, John! They're... they're growing!" She squealed, her voice rising in pitch. "I mean, I know girls develop at different rates, but this is crazy! It happened so fast!"
"Whoa, Jen, you're right. That's... quite the development." He tried to keep his tone light with fake surprise and bemusement, his little sister was known to jump to strange conclusions like this sometimes. It wouldn’t surprise him if she just saw herself at a strange angle in the mirror that made her look bigger. On top of that, it’s not like he had any reference to compare with, he didn’t make it a habit to stare at his little sister’s chest.
Jenny, seemingly oblivious to her brother's sarcasm, continued her excited babble. "I don't understand it! One minute I'm just a regular girl, and the next, I'm... I'm growing up! It's like magic!"
John mentally rolled his eyes unaware of the connection between this and his encounter with the old man he had earlier today. "Calm down, Jen," he said, placing a gentle hand on her shoulder. At the moment he thought he should probably try and calm her down before she did something weird, "Let's talk this through. When did you first notice the change?"
As Jenny began to recount the events leading up to her “discovery”, John's eyes flickered down to her chest again, and had to do a double take. To his bewilderment, her breasts seemed to be larger than when he looked just a second ago. The once-modest curves were now noticeably fuller, straining against her shirt. John's confusion turned to concern as he realized she hadn't noticed this herself.
