Your name is Ash Sterling, and you are currently aged 22 and attending a college away from home. You live by yourself in a singe room apartment on campus in a co-ed dorm.
It's the weekend, and there has been startling news. the dick-neck infection, a "disease" in only the loosest of terms because it defies logic and biology and originating in middle Europe, had finally washed up on the shores of America's west coast after rushing through Japan. Unfortunately for you, you attended school in California and already there were reports of people getting infected not to far from your town. So far, no one on campus had been infected, but it seemed like it was just a matte of time.
The disease, which was spread by sexual fluids only, greatly changed a person, not just physically, but mentally too. The infected would become youthful and pretty, then change to a biologically female body. After that, the area between their neck and head would separate with the base of the neck becoming a large and strong pussy capable of clamping down on a big dick and the area underneath the head would become a large dick and balls with most victims reaching to nearly a foot and a half in size. The heads and bodies were connected somehow, but could move independently of each other with the head being in full control despite not being connected to the body. In some cases there were also mutations, nothing too severe but some people's bodies became herms or they would grow extra genitalia, or third eye or extra mouth.
So far, the infected were allowed to live side by side with regular people as their numbers grew to large to suppress. For now, the infected live relatively normal lives and much to the chagrin of the government and medical advisers, infect other people while the medical community looked for a cure to the disease. And, while many were disgusted or horrified by the transformations, there were many who viewed them as something desirable and erotic and sought out someone to change them.
