Midori Hibiki sighed as she went over Jaden Yuki's grades; despite that he was a very good duelist, he was very lazy when it came to studying and hardly put any effort into his tests, and if it weren't for all the people he'd been able to save through dueling, she would have had no choice but to recommend that he be expelled from Duel Academy, and she didn't want to have to do that, he was like a little brother to her after all.
But what to do? How to get Jaden to apply himself like she knew he could?
Then, she thought of an idea, and she called Jaden into her office to inform him of just what that idea was.
"You said you wanted to talk to me?" Jaden said when he'd stepped into her office, door closed behind him.
"Yes Jaden; I want you to know that from now on, every time you get 100% on any assignment or test..."
