Judge Ballbuster, knew she had to play his cards carefully. She wanted Noah Goode, was going to be punished to the maximum peniaty. If she could just keep him on the stand long enough, Goode would suffer. The judge declared a 30 minute recess. She went back into his chambers, and made several phone calls. When she returned to the court room she saw, Goode was drenched in sweat, Ballbuster knew he would break.
"Mr. Goode, I'll ask you again. Did you rape anyone else?"
"Why should I answer you? It's only going to make things worse for me."
The judge now knew that Goode was guilty of multiple rapes as she said, "I wouldn't be surprised if a scumbag like you is guilty of committing dozens of rapes."
"That's not true!" Goode protested in a moment of panic. The red light flashed indicting a lie.
"Mr Goode, you just admitted that you have raped at least 24 women. You are now going to receive the maximum sententence, you might as well confess to how many women, you took advantage of."
"I..... I lost count after 30. You need to have mercy on me. I'm a sick man. You need to get me help.
A green light on the judge's desk flashed a moment later, the judge recessed the court again, so she could receive a phone call.
15 minutes later, Judge Ballbuster sat back down at his bench, and said, "Well Mr Goode, once I knew you were guilty, I had the police search your apartment. Do you know what was found?"
The defendant was quiet, as the judge said, "173 doses of Zopiclone. This added with the rape charges allows me to have you sentanced as a T-3 or 4. Do you have anything to say?'
Noah Goode was white and stuttering, "Ppppplease, that's a hhhhhorrable fate.......................... Can I mmmake a deal? I could give you the nnname of my supplier."
The judge's eyes opened wider at the offer, as she said, "That can be taken into consideration."
"I was distributing to about 20 different guys. If I give you their names you could stop hundreds of rapes from happening, but I want a younger body then mine."
Judge Ballbuster knew this might be her most important case of the year. She just didn't want to let Goode of the hook. His kind deserved to be made harmless, punished to the fullest extent of the law, still. "I'm willing to let you off as a D-8, Mr Goode."
I know how much money the state will get for those 20 rapists. 16 of them are under 30. That's top dollar for the state. You know some rich old clod would be more then willing to pay over $2,000,000 each for that young a body. I want to keep my dick and I want a younger body. Good health, no missing limbs, and descent looking, as well as keep my assets."
"Bodies like that are not that easy to find, that's why they can go for $2,000,000," the judge said.
"Take it or leave it. The longer you wait the greater the chance some of those guys will get away," Goode said.
"Let me contact the other judges and see what we can find you."
