The Chameleon puts the ray on "Naked in Public" mode. He points at Kitty Katswell, and shoots.

Kitty, that was covering the wet spot in her suit, feels a heat in her body, and suddenly, without wanting, she starts to take off her clothes. First the suit. Now she stands in the street in her underwear. But the embarrassing moment doesn't end there. Kitty starts to take off her underwear: Now she stands naked on the street. Everybody laughs at a naked Kitty, who, embarrassed, runs to hide in the alley. The Chameleon follows her to the alley.
