Prisoner

    by: Unknown
Olivia Parker couldn't believe she'd signed the contract. When she'd set out for Hollywood, she'd never imagined her first star role would be in a women in prison flick. Still, it was the star role and she was tired of playing bit parts. The fact she was being paid pretty handsomely for something that was essentially b-movie schlock didn't hurt either. She could kiss her agent for arranging such a sweet deal. If it wasn't for the money, she'd never have agreed to it, lead role or no.

She'd just returned from meeting with her agent and producer where she'd signed the contract and had been given a script to peruse. She didn't know whether to laugh or groan at the title,Big House Babes.

"My first title role and it's in a babes behind bars b-flick," she muttered to her thoughts aloud. Worst case, she could be the next Linda Blair or Pam Greer.

There was even an illustration on the cover, which Olivia assumed was some concept art. It showed a young woman in a rather skimpy looking prison outfit and chains. She was being escorted past rows of barred prison cells by two muscular men in guard uniforms.

As she examined the illustration, Olivia couldn't help thinking how much the woman looked just like her. They had the same shoulder length blond hair, green eyes, and athletic build. Even the structure the face looked like hers. Could they have drawn this for her, to show what her costume would be? But no, she'd just signed the contract an hour ago and was given the script, illustration and all, on the spot. There's no way they could've intentionally drawn it to look like her. It must just be one hell of a coincidence.

Putting the thought out of her mind, she sat down in her favorite chair in the living room and began to look over the script.
