Tiger & Bunny (the Ultimate NEXT Power)

Synopsis: An unknown scientist is trying to escape a group of criminals with a special drug that gives any next who receives it the power to alter reality once every hour. As he tries to escape, one of the heroes arrives on the scene to help. However, during the skirmish, the scientist gets shot. In a last ditch effort before he bleeds out he injects the hero saving him with the drug and tells them to destroy the research he was carrying. The only question is, who's the hero who saves him.
