"Huh? She's back early." you commented. The constant rumbling on the ground made it all too a clear that it would be in your best interest not to remain in the center of the floor.
Not wanting to repeat what happened last time, you quickly rose from the ground and began to make a break for safety under the bed. As you ran you couldn't help but notice the rumbling grow stronger.

You had just made it under the cover of the wooden bedframe before the all too familiar sound of sliding wood filled your ears. Rei was home. You could tell by the two bare feet the walked along the ground and shook your world.
"I'm back." Rei called out to you as she threw herself on the bed. It creaked loudly above you but you weren't frightened. An entire week of being little more than three inches tall had knocked most of the fear out of you.
Slowly you began to walk out from under your cover and past the big rig sized feet on either side of you. Never again you shuddered. The first two days you'd rather forget.
Putting that moment in time aside, you cleared your throat to speak. "Rei!? Rei!?"
"Yeah?" she answered without looking down.
"Can you give me a lift?" you asked. The ravenette slowly sat up and looked down at your tiny form with tired eyes. You knew that look. Usagi must've found a way to stress her out again. She lowered her palm which you took as your que to hop on.
This last week of your life has been strange to say the least. One day you were an average joe working at the arcade and the next the place gets attacked by a monster and you were left a pathetic three inches in height. How strange. Thankfully this girl found you and said she keep you safe until you returned to normal. If you could even return to normal.
"So... how was your day?" you asked the stressed out giant.
