"Okay, let me explain to you the rules." she said firmly. You found this odd. House had rules? You always thought it was just kids pretending to be a family, and that was that.

"Finally, this is not normal house. In this version, there are two types of players: people and objects. The people get to pretend to be, well, people. But objects are items and furniture that the player has to pretend to be like couches or some other thing. If you break character, you're punished. All roles are chosen by a random draw." she finished her lecture with a peppy giggle.
