You are surprised to see that Mikki is headless and is holding her head in her hands.

"Uh..." you mutter.

"Hello to you too, Gavin," she says, as if this was no big deal. She then looks at Rebecca's head. "Oh my gosh, Bec. They got you too?"

"You know?" Rebecca asks.

"I do. There has been an epidemic of thieves decapitating people without killing them and stealing either their heads or bodies. I'm guessing they got your latter. One of them almost got me, but luckily I kicked him in the crotch, and as he was moaning, I grabbed my head and ran back here."

"So why didn't you put your head back on?" you ask.
