You manage to get Mikki back to your house without raising any suspicion. After you get inside and lock the door you guide Mikki's body to the couch where she sits down. You watch her for a few minutes as she reaches up to feel her neck stump and the empty space where her head used to be. You are completely amazed that she is still alive, never mind how she can control her body with her head detached. You wonder who would do this to her, and why would they want her head. How could they even remove her head without killing her? You notice that her neck stump has a smooth layer of skin over it as if there was never a head there.
You then realise that you could try to get some information out of Mikki by making her write. You grab a notepad and then search the house for a pen.You were always losing pens, especially when you needed them the most. Eventually you find one in a kitchen drawer and give it to Mikki's body along with the notepad. You then watch as she starts writing.
"Help me! These men stole my head and now I'm in a van!" She writes. You stroke her arm to let her know that you're still there and that she's safe. She then continues to write.
"Are you Gavin? Tap my arm. Once for yes, twice for no." You tap her arm once. She then leans over and hugs you.
"Thank god, you found me! :') I need your help. I don't know what these people want with me!" She writes.
You had no choice now. You had to find the people that stole Mikki's head and save her. You decided that you would go back to the field where you found her body tomorrow to investigate. For the rest of the day, you stayed in the house with Mikki, getting the occasional message from her and also helping her find the bathroom a few times. You wondered how she would eat or drink without her head, but she didn't say that she needed anything. When it got late, you led her to your bed and she climbed in. You climbed in after her and she held you tightly, almost as if she was afraid to let go.
The next day, you left Mikki in the house and went off to investigate the field on your own. When you arrived at the field...
