Jenna had everyone gathered in the conference room.
“Okay so my big announcement for today is that since our Branch had such a successful year, we have the opportunity to represent Gordge at this year’s conference expo!” The room gasped with excitement.
“What does that mean?” Christina asked.
“Basically the company rewards one branch each year with the opportunity to go on a trip to the yearly conference expo to represent Gordge.” Courtney said.
“It’s more of a paid vacation than a business trip. It’s usually at a fancy resort and you just have to do a bit of shop talk with some other companies.” Alice said.
“And this year it is in Miami.” Everyone was giddy.
“So who gets to go?” Victoria asked.
“That’s the best part. Since it’s more a reward to our branch than an actual business trip, we all get to go!” Jenna said.
“Oh I can’t wait to go swimsuit shopping.” Victoria said.
“The trip is in a month so that gives you some time to work on those bikini bodies!” Jenna said. Christina shook her head. The rest of the room was ecstatic.
