"Prove it." You tell her with a hint of sass in your voice. You wanna see these God powers, they've got you interested.
"Okay, well, I'll take us to school." She gingerly replies. You can tell she's never done this with anyone else before.
That's when it began. The feeling of your face melting off and rearranging itself. Your vision turns to a cold purple with red lines spanning out for miles. You felt like you were moving very fast, but remaining in one place, as nothing else around you seemed to be moving. Speaking of which, where are you? Not in your house...
It's over. It was gone out of existence, and it was like it never happened. It didn't as far as you recall, you just remember feeling lightheaded.
You check out your surroundings to see you're outside of the school, about to walk up to the door. You feel like you're on auto pilot, and it takes you a second to realize what exactly just happened. You notice Aly's car in the parking lot, you feel like that's how you got here, but you know it's wrong. You turn to Aly and ask her "What just happened...?"
"I got us to school. We went through the universe. You see, the quickest way from point A to point B is a straight line, well not if you move A and B right next to each other. That's what I did, and we just, ya know... Slipped through."
"Slipped through!?" You feel like you want to faint. Going through the universe wasn't exactly on the 'do to' list of the day.
"Come on, you have to get to class." She says looking down at you, arms folded. "You don't want your grades to get any worse, do you?"
"And how do you know about my grades?" You say, looking up at her. You thought a sky and clouded background was appropriate for a 'Goddess'.
"How do you think I know about your grades?"
That's when it really hit you. Your sister is God. The almighty being, the watcher of the universe. I mean, she doesn't watch over ALL of it, but anything in her life she made it out to be. She gave herself the success she gets while trying to give everyone else the ability to do it on their own, she wouldn't just give everyone everything. But she could. She did for herself.
"What else do you know?" You ask her....
A wicked smile flashed upon her face that just read 'Everything.'
"C'mon, get to class. Wouldn't want to fail TWO classes this year." She says to you.
That means she knows you're failing one. You've never failed a class before, and you feel like now isn't a good time to start.
You look at your sister, a Goddess among high schoolers, sigh, and look at the door. "Alright, let's go."
