Part of a colonial mission to Proxima Centauri B

You were James Matthews (30yo), you worked as a construction worker and you had no family and were down on your luck until you won a lottery ticket to become part of the 800 people who would colonize Proxima Centauri B the first exoplanet to be colonized by humanity.

The year is now 2208 and you and the other colonists had been in cryosleep for almost 68 years whilst AI controlled the ship during the long Journey. But approximatly 1 year before arrival disaster occured. About 100 of the female pods malfunctioned and they all died because of this. This caused quite a precarious situation as the ship lacked 100 potential mothers for the future.

In order to save the colony the AI activated an emergency protocol which converted 50 of the males onboard to women. It has been one year since this event and all the humans are waking up to prepare as arrival is in 4 weeks. Altough 1/8th of the men who boarded they ship will wake up to a different body.
