You climb the rope

I need to climb out of her stomach and into her head. So I'll aim this outside of her oesophagus, then climb it and her head all the way to her brain. Just as the agent fired and said "Perfect hit!" Sabrina felt a sharp jolt and walked towards the drinks dispenser and got more coffee, thinking that this computer is being too difficult for her.

As Sabrina drunk each sip of her coffee the spy inside her was thrown about and causing her aches and pains. When the spy finally got to her oesophagus he got out his jetpack did he make it to her brain?
