Purple head, just eyes no mouth or nose

Just a pair of black and seductive eyes and a pair of little knife ears. Purple skin and a hair that may look like a fiery redhead Rapunzel one. This creature was however lost in her new body. She was unfamiliar with arms but was very familiar with her breasts and legs, even the toes were wiggling normally. She seem to try to get herself something to eat, but was trying to desperately shove fruit by sitting on it and inserting it in her asshole.
The creature is scared of everything and seems lost.
