Yukari thought it over for a bit. Lunch had only just begun, she was very hungry, and the roof was always empty, without fail. Without help, she would have to choose between lunch or cleanliness, and neither scenario sounded appealing to her. Besides, if Aigis could fight shadows, she certainly should be able to handle cleaning out some soda without difficulty. Also, if she waited any longer, her skirt would have to go to the cleaners as well.
"Okay, let's do this," Yukari sighed, setting down her lunch and looking around, making sure the stairwell was clear. With a quick motion, she untucked her cardigan and pulled it off over her head, handing it over to Aigis. Looking down, she grimaced as her sight confirmed what she had felt, the soda had soaked through and stained her blouse as well. "At least it didn't land on my chest..." she grumbled as she undid the buttons and took off her blouse, leaving only a pink bra on top. "Now Aigis," Yukari spoke, "There's only forty-five minutes left for lunch. I need these cleaned and returned to me on the roof before then, okay?"
"Understood," Aigis replied. "I am to clean your clothing of the liquid drink and return them to you before 1300 hours, when the lunch period ends. Speed is a priority. Will that be everything, Yukari-san?"
"Yes, perfect,"
"Very well," Aigis nodded, and began going down the stairs at her normal running pace, which for humans was a dead sprint.
"Ugh, I hope she doesn't make too much of a scene," Yukari groaned. "The last thing I need is her bringing up a crowd of people to see me like this..."
Yukari then gathered her meal and continued toward the rooftop. Just as she had expected, it was completely deserted up there. Walking over to one of the benches, she sat down and began to eat. With the warm sunlight pouring down from the cloudless sky, and the breeze coming from the ocean, she felt quite peaceful, despite only having her underwear covering her chest. "It's almost like I'm at the beach," she chuckled. "I'm really glad I decided to let Aigis handle things, I don't think I would've been able to handle another of Mr. Edogawa's lectures without this break."
After finishing the last of her meal and disposing of the garbage, she checked her phone: 12:40.
"Twenty mintues to go..." Yukari sighed. "I hope everything's going well with Aigis. Well, nothing I can do now but wait."
She began to pace around on the side of the roof. With the time ticking down, she was starting to worry whether this was such a good idea after all. These worries were about to get worse as-
