The guild hall

Wendy walks into the guild hall ready to start her day. What she doesn't notice is a shadow with a human shape sneaking behind her.

The person's hands reach into her skirt and takes a hold of her sky blue panties with clouds printed on them and raises them to the sky.

"EEEKKK!!" Wendy shouts in shock and pain.
"WEDGIE!!" Her attacker yells in delight. Wendy turns her head to find Lucy giving her a brutal wedgie.

"L-LUCY WHY!!?" Wendy shouts while being bounced in her wedgie.

"Because, everyone deserves a surprise now and then Wendy" Lucy explains as if it's the most normal thing in the world.

Lucy places her finger on her chin in thought, "What should I do next?"

You have the following choices:

1. Continue to bounce Wendy until her panties rip

2. Hang Wendy out in front of the Guildhall for all to see
