In the dim light of her room, Nicole hunched over her laptop. Though the room was dark, the computer screen faintly illuminated the contours of her flabby, half-naked body. With a diabolical heat wave baking the county, Nicole had no choice but to dress lightly, and so she wore only a bra and panties. Not particularly comfortable with her body, Nicole wished she could put more clothes on to cover up her flabby stomach, her jiggling thighs. The heat rendered that impossible, so she spent her time in ashamed, self-conscious discomfort.
She hadn't always been so self-conscious. When she was little, she had been confident, outspoken, content. Then, in her teens, the relentless mockery of Sean and his friends, particularly Kat, had destroyed her, made her hate her own body.
It was time to get revenge.
Over the last two weeks, she had been collecting information, designing a plan that would tip the scales. She'd found evidence of things Sean and Kat would not want known, and it presented the perfect opportunity for blackmail. Nicole would turn them into her little puppets... Well, they wouldn't be so little when she was through with them. She was just finishing up on her computer, and was almost ready to initiate the plan.
But she wasn't alone. She'd needed an accomplice to ensure the plan would be a success. Nicole opened up her IM to message her accomplice. "we start 2morrow," she wrote.
Across town, another girl sat at her computer, awaiting her accomplice's next message. Although she was Nicole's co-conspirator, she couldn't have been more different from that chubby girl. Patricia, Kat's younger sister, sat comfortably at her desk in luxurious pajamas that accentuated her lithe figure. The room was perfectly air conditioned, so she didn't have to worry about that nasty heat wave, and it was lit by the warm glow of scented candles (a far more pleasant atmosphere than Nicole's dark, musty den). One wouldn't expect a girl like Patricia to be interested in teaming up with a girl like Nicole, and indeed Patricia initially wanted nothing to do with her. But Nicole won her over.
Patricia was near-perfect, a goddess. Beautiful, fit, intelligent-- she had it all. But her sister was always outshining her, using her slight age advantage to assert her dominance, stealing boys Patricia brought home, manipulating their parents into taking Kat's side on everything. Now, with Nicole's blackmail plan, Patricia had a chance to ruin Kat, to fatten her up so everyone would realize she pales in comparison to her younger sister. Really, Patricia wanted to ruin her sister's life out of petty jealousy.
Patricia heard a chime, and saw Nicole's IM reminder that they would start tomorrow. Kat's sister grinned evilly.
Back in Nicole's room, she closed her laptop then collapsed onto her bed. Everything would change, starting tomorrow.
Before drifting off to sleep, she reflected on the discovery that led to this blackmail plan. What is it that she caught Sean and Kat doing that she will use to blackmail them?
