Lisa chose Priya Bhatia. The other women would have made a great Lisa too, but she felt really bad for Priya. She was definitely the worst off of the three. Lisa didn't want to be 23 years older, but Priya had lived the longest and worst life of all of them life. It would be time for Priya to enjoy life.
Lisa asked Tina " Can I get more information on Priya?". Tina pulled out a file and handed it to Lisa.
Priya's file gave Lisa insight on Priya. Priya was a few inches shorter than Lisa and weighted more. Priya in her photo appeared to have child bearing hips and some love handles. Her face was rounder, not to mention a double chin and and her black hair tied in a bun.. Lisa was used to being fit and attractive. Priya looked like she could be much more attractive if she would start using make-up. Barely skimming through the rest of Priya's file, Lisa just read the medical summary to make sure Priya was healthy and free of any diseases or illnesses.
While still holding Priya file, Lisa asked "So when can I switch with Priya? She really needs to get out of her life."
Although Tina didn't show it, she was amazed. She hadn't expected anyone to partake in this usually one sided program. She thought Lisa was genuinely a very kind and giving person or very naive. Regardless, she began printing out the necessary paperwork that Lisa needed to fill out and sign before the switch. The large pile of paperwork she handed to Lisa would take some time to fill out. "While you're filling out all this, I'm going to get a hold of Priya when we can schedule you both to come in."
It took Lisa almost an hour to fill out all the paperwork that the Nexus required. Since she was trading lives permanently instead of renting, much more forms needed to be filled out. Just as she was about done, Tina came back in.
Tina said "I managed to get a hold of Priya, she said she could be here..."
