"I was thinking along those line, too." Celestia admitted. "While they have provided situations for Twilight and her friends to learn further lessons about friendship the implications of what could've happened if it didn't quite work out are frightening enough. Furthermore not one of them has sufficiently paid their debt to Equestrian society." Luna seemed to smile at the suggestion of Celestia's underlying fear of socio-political instability, which was undoubtedly well-founded for both the government and the governed.
"In light of this perhaps we should issue warrants for these particular troublemakers?" She suggested, at which Celestia's face curled with contemplation.
"There are a few modifications I'd like to make." She answered. "First off the walls should be painted blue and a clockwork lighting system installed; that way the possibility of their realising they've shrunk will be minimised." She giggled a bit at the unexpected pun.
"I see." Luna replied. "So they think they've been teleported to somewhere far away from the rest of Equestria."
"And any rumours about our enterprise will be few and far between, so hopefully they'll be dismissed as fabrications." Celestia added.
"Just one thing, Tia." Luna continued. "How would we hide the door?" Looking back at the entrance Celestia thought for a minute before concluding.
"An enchanted curtain, so it looks as though we appear from behind a distance mountain range." Luna looked around the room and focused upon the model town before deciding...
